Before Practice:

Girls should bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing including socks and gym shoes.

Please take your daughter to the bathroom prior to the start of practice

During Practice:

Parents are welcome to drop off or stay and watch. If possible, we’d like to have 1-2 parents walk the girls to and from the bathroom.

After Practice:

Videos of and words for the new cheer will be available on the site and you will receive an email from me.

Ask your daughter what she learned and to show you her new cheer! Throughout the week, ask her to practice and work with her on any parts she seems unsure of.
